Create an event from your dashboard: pick a date, a guest limit, and when the album should be revealed. You’ll get a QR code to share, print it, add it to your invitations, or send the link directly.

Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera, enter your name, and start taking photos, no app to install. Each guest has their own limited roll, set by the organizer.

The organizer chooses when the album is revealed: right when the event ends, 24 hours after, or manually whenever they like. Once revealed, everyone with the link can view and download the full album.

Events for up to 5 guests are free. Larger guest limits are a one-time payment per event, see the Pricing page. For billing questions, email contact@oncepix.com.

If a guest can’t scan the QR code, they can also open the join link directly in their phone’s browser. If photos aren’t uploading, check the guest’s internet connection, photos upload as they’re taken.
