Terms of Service

OncePix is a digital, single-use camera platform for events. An organizer creates an event and shares a QR code; each guest gets a limited roll of photos taken from their own phone, and the whole set is revealed as one shared album once the event ends.

By creating an event or an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are creating an event on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. As the organizer, you are responsible for the accuracy of your event details and for the conduct of the guests you invite.

You may not use OncePix to upload illegal content, infringe someone else’s rights, share sexual or violent content, harass or discriminate against anyone, photograph people without their awareness in a way that violates local law, impersonate someone else, interfere with the service’s operation, or scrape or resell access to the product.

Photos and other content you or your guests upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant OncePix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the album feature you requested. This license ends when the content is deleted.

Paid events are charged once, per event, there are no subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in your resolved currency before checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

We work to keep OncePix available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. If a paid event is materially disrupted by an outage on our side, contact us, see the Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, OncePix is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer-protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or behavior that puts the safety of guests or the service at risk. If a paid event is affected, we’ll issue a proportional refund.

We’ll give you at least 15 days’ notice, by email or in the product, before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continuing to use OncePix after that means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer in the EU or Brazil, you also keep the protections your local consumer-protection law gives you, which take priority where they conflict with this section. We’ll try to resolve any dispute informally before either side pursues formal proceedings.
